PW Talk is a communication, networking, and educational platform designed to help students, educators, and medical/undergraduate medical professionals connect, share information, and access resources.

PW Talk may be accessible through:

• Mobile applications (available on Google Playstore)

• Associated social media channels (such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
• PW ecosystem products

The PW Talk App, Website, and associated services are collectively referred to as the "Platform" for convenience.

When you use PW Talk, we collect certain information to administer your application usage and help us serve you better. The collected information includes:

Personal Information

When you register, create an account, or subscribe to a plan, you may provide:

• Identification Details: Name, phone number
• Professional & Educational Details: Specialty in which you practice or intend to practice, year of graduation, year of joining your undergraduate medical program, and the name/location of your college or university.

Usage and Device Information

When you use PW Talk, we may collect:

• Device Details: Device type, operating system, browser type, and network information.
• Log Data: IP address, approximate geographical location, and browser details.
• Activity Statistics: Platform usage statistics, search queries, behavior patterns, and URLs visited immediately before/after accessing the Platform.
• Device Permissions: By having a PW Talk account and using specific features, you explicitly consent to providing camera and microphone permissions for video/audio calls and recordings.

Feedback & Communication Information

If you contact us or interact on the Platform:

• Messages, suggestions, support requests, and communication preferences.
• Any information shared while participating in customer surveys and/or offers.

All such information is collectively referred to as "User Information".

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Platform Access: To provide and administer your access to PW Talk and its associated services.
• Personalization: To customize your experience, customize the Platform based on your interests, and measure consumer interest.
• Communications: To send service updates, notifications, promotional emails, or messages about new products/offers.
• Support & Resolution: To respond to user support queries, diagnose server problems, resolve disputes, and ensure a safe service.
• Operational Improvement: To perform internal record keeping, and to research, improve, and develop our products, services, and platform features.
• Third-Party Services: To facilitate finding third-party service providers (where applicable).
• Security & Compliance: To detect, investigate, and protect against error, fraud, unauthorized access, and criminal or illegal activity, and to enforce our terms and conditions.

We may also use aggregated or anonymized data to improve community interaction outcomes and platform design.

PW Talk may use cookies or similar data-collection technologies to:

• Understand and remember user preferences
• Analyze web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and ensure trust and safety

• Advertisers: While we do not disclose identifiable personal information to advertisers, we may provide aggregate or anonymized information to assist advertisers in targeting specific audiences.

We employ physical, electronic, and technological safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, destruction, or data breaches.

• All Personal User Information is saved on secured servers.
• Passwords are cryptographically hashed, and email addresses are encrypted.
• Access is restricted through passwords and PINs, and files are stored on computers/servers located in India.

However, please be aware that no security system is completely immune to potential breaches, and we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your data.

PW Talk may offer paid plans, premium subscriptions, or bundled services.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• We collect limited transaction data (such as Transaction ID, subscription plan details, and payment status) for billing, subscription management, and compliance.
• Refund Policy: Services purchased are non-refundable. If an erroneous purchase occurs, a request for a plan change of equal value can be made within ten (10) days of the purchase.

PW Talk may integrate with third-party services (such as payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, and analytics platforms). These services collect and process information according to their own privacy policies. Third-party websites may also place their own cookies or files on users' devices. PW Talk holds no responsibility or liability for the privacy practices, content, or actions of these third-party services.

PW Talk is designed for students and professionals, including minors.

• If a user is below the age of 18, it is assumed that a parent or legal guardian has consented to the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and handling of the user’s information as outlined in this policy.
• Parents or guardians may request deletion of a minor’s account or personal information by contacting us at our support address.

Users have control over their personal data on the Platform:

• Access & Updates: You can access, review, and update your account details. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional) communications and newsletters.
• Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data and account.

All rights, including copyright, in all content available on PW Talk (including but not limited to games, game assets, graphics, code, logos, educational materials, text, video, and audio) are owned by or licensed to PhysicsWallah / PW Talk.

• Use of any content on the Platform for commercial or public purposes without written permission from Us is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of PW Talk content may result in suspension of access and legal action.

By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the following conduct rules:

• You will not use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
• You will not attempt to hack, exploit, disrupt, or bypass the security of the Platform.
• You will not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• You will not violate intellectual property rights.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

PW Talk may contain features such as discussion forums, chat rooms, or comment sections.

• When using these features, any shared information becomes visible to other users and enters the public domain.
• Sharing personal or sensitive information through these public features is done at your own risk, and PW Talk holds no liability for any consequence arising from such sharing.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Personal User Information (username, password, PINs).
• Not allowing any other person or entity to use your Personal User Information to access the Services.
• Any damages, losses, or activities resulting from the use of your account.

You agree to promptly notify PW Talk via email of any unauthorized use of your Personal User Information or any security breach. PW Talk is not liable for harm arising from the theft or disclosure of your Personal User Information under your control, or its unauthorized use by another person.

By registering for a PW Talk account, you explicitly consent to the Platform accessing your camera and microphone permissions solely for facilitating video/audio calls, chat functionality, recordings, and associated interactive features.

PW Talk is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. The Company and its agents, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• User-posted content, communications, or conduct in public forums.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, communication records, or platform progress.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or server errors.
• Failures, actions, or omissions of third-party service providers.

Users agree that their use of the Platform is entirely at their own risk.

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use may evolve as the company and platform grow.

• Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes approval and acceptance of the revised policy.
• This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use supplements other terms and conditions of PW and will be read alongside them.
